PA-0400028 OF TRACY <br /> PARTNERS (C/O ISMAEL SOLORIO) (APN: 209-230-21) (ADDRESS: <br /> 26820 S. HANSEN ROAD, TRACY) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval application for a pallet <br /> repair business that includes a 1,749 square foot office, a 3,000 square foot covered <br /> pallet repair area, and outside storage of pallets on approximately four acres of the 9.85 <br /> acre site. (Use type: General Industrial-Intermediate) <br /> The site is located on the east side of Hansen Road, 5,000 feet south of Schulte Road <br /> and adjacent to the south boundary of the California State Aqueduct, west of Tracy. <br /> This project is currently under enforcement for operating a business without the required <br /> land use permits. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the Site Approval application and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Site Approval Application No. was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , <br /> which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of <br /> Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements <br /> shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any <br /> building permits.
