PA-0400028 OF TRACY PARTNERS (C/O ISMAEL SOLORIO) (APN: 209-230-21) (ADDRESS: 26820 S. HANSEN ROAD, TRACY) The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval application for a pallet repair business that includes a 1,749 square foot office, a 3,000 square foot covered pallet repair area, and outside storage of pallets on approximately four acres of the 9.85 acre site. (Use type: General Industrial-Intermediate) The site is located on the east side of Hansen Road, 5,000 feet south of Schulte Road and adjacent to the south boundary of the California State Aqueduct, west of Tracy. This project is currently under enforcement for operating a business without the required land use permits. The Community Development Department has reviewed the Site Approval application and offers the following comments: Site Approval Application No. was approved by the Community Development Department on . This approval will expire on , which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits.
