HANSEN ROAD, TRACY) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval application for a pallet <br /> repair business that includes a 1,749 square foot office, a 3,000 square foot covered <br /> pallet repair area, and outside storage of pallets on approximately four acres of the 9.85 <br /> acre site. (Use type: General Industrial-Intermediate) <br /> The site is located on the east side of Hansen Road, 5,000 feet south of Schulte Road <br /> and adjacent to the south boundary of the California State Aqueduct, west of Tracy. <br /> This project is currently under enforcement for operating a business without the required <br /> land use permits. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the Site Approval application and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Site Approval Application No. was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on .
