Specifically, the <br /> Rules within Regulation VIII that apply to this project are: Rule 8010 <br /> (Administrative Requirements), and Rule 8020 (Construction, Demolition, <br /> Excavation, and Extraction Activities). <br /> Rule 8030 (Handling and Storage of Bulk Materials), Rule 8060 (Paved and <br /> Unpaved Roads), and Rule 8070 (Parking, Shipping, Receiving, Transfer, <br /> Fueling, and Service Areas) may apply to this project. <br /> The attached Synopsis highlights many of the requirements contained within <br /> Regulation VIII. The Synopsis is not meant to be all inclusive, but it can be a <br /> useful compliance aid in the field and office alike.
