COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SU-93-7/ZR-93-8 REVISION <br /> 7 . The project shall be served by a public water system <br /> conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and <br /> the Department of Public Works. The system shall provide <br /> adequate domestic and fire water supply in conformance to the <br /> requirements of the County Fire Warden and the local Fire <br /> District. A "Will Serve" letter from the City of Stockton <br /> shall be required to include the total subdivision boundary. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1120. 2) <br /> 8 . Street lighting shall be provided for the subdivision and the <br /> frontage of French Camp Road & Dudley Road. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 11) <br /> 9 . The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and <br /> treatment system constructed in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Services Division and the Department of Public <br /> Works. A "Will Serve" letter from the City of Stockton shall <br /> be required to include the total subdivision boundary. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105 . 2) <br /> 10 . A County Service Area shall be formed prior to the approval <br /> of the Final Map to provide for the operation, maintenance, <br /> and improvement of storm drainage and street lighting <br /> facilities. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1100. 5) <br /> 11. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $3 , 048 . 00 per single family dwelling unit in the Stockton <br /> area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published <br /> by the Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolution R-90-304 , R-91-1025) <br /> 12 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee <br /> currently is $1, 221. 61 per single family dwelling unit. The <br /> fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year <br /> at the rate of 6. 9 percent. An additional 3 . 5 percent shall <br /> be added to the fee upon payment for processing and <br /> administering the program. <br /> (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 3 <br />
