Therefore, the terminal drainage system ( to the Mokelumne River ) constructed for Unit 1 will be extended to Unit 2 . Public streets will not be required because private streets (without sidewalks) were approved for Woodbridge Greens with Unit 1 . Unit 1 streets (with curbs and gutters) have been constructed. Woodbridge Circulation Plan & Woodbridge Specific Road Plan: In April 1983 , the Board of Supervisors adopted the Woodbridge Circulation Plan to improve local traffic circulation patterns. In June 1986 , the Board adopted the Woodbridge Specific Road Plan to implement the 1983 Circulation Plan. In the vicinity of the project site, the Specific Road Plan has assigned the following road functions, future right-of-way widths, and improvements : ° Mokelumne Street east of Chestnut Street ) : Minor collector , 60-foot right-of-way, two lanes . • Woodbridge Road: Minor collector (north and west of Chestnut Street to the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way) , 60-foot right-of-way, two lanes. ° Chestnut Street : Major collector , 80-foot right-of-way, four lanes. The Mokelumne Street frontage of Units 1 and 2 was improved with curb, gutter, sidewalk, landscaping, and fencing as part of Unit 1 . The improvements are properly located in relation to the 60-foot Plan right-of-way. Proposed Lot 64 and Lot 100 adjoin Woodbridge Road in an area where the Plan right-of-way width is approximately 100 feet . The lots are located outside the Plan right-of-way. The appli- cant should be required to make a land dedication to the County, one that is consistent with the Woodbridge Specific Road Plan. The Woodbridge Specific Road Plan requires a future bridge to be constructed at the Chestnut Street crossing over the Woodbridge Irrigation District Canal .
