Unit 1 streets (with curbs and gutters) have been <br /> constructed. <br /> Woodbridge Circulation Plan & Woodbridge Specific Road Plan: <br /> In April 1983 , the Board of Supervisors adopted the Woodbridge <br /> Circulation Plan to improve local traffic circulation patterns. <br /> In June 1986 , the Board adopted the Woodbridge Specific Road <br /> Plan to implement the 1983 Circulation Plan. In the vicinity <br /> of the project site, the Specific Road Plan has assigned the <br /> following road functions, future right-of-way widths, and <br /> improvements : <br /> ° Mokelumne Street east of Chestnut Street ) : <br /> Minor collector , 60-foot right-of-way, two lanes . <br /> • Woodbridge Road: <br /> Minor collector (north and west of Chestnut Street to the <br /> Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way) , 60-foot right-of-way, <br /> two lanes. <br /> ° Chestnut Street : <br /> Major collector , 80-foot right-of-way, four lanes. <br /> The Mokelumne Street frontage of Units 1 and 2 was improved <br /> with curb, gutter, sidewalk, landscaping, and fencing as part <br /> of Unit 1 . The improvements are properly located in relation <br /> to the 60-foot Plan right-of-way. <br /> Proposed Lot 64 and Lot 100 adjoin Woodbridge Road in an area <br /> where the Plan right-of-way width is approximately 100 feet . <br /> The lots are located outside the Plan right-of-way. The appli- <br /> cant should be required to make a land dedication to the <br /> County, one that is consistent with the Woodbridge Specific <br /> Road Plan. <br /> The Woodbridge Specific Road Plan requires a future bridge to <br /> be constructed at the Chestnut Street crossing over the <br /> Woodbridge Irrigation District Canal .
