As part of the <br /> environmental assessment,development permits,as <br /> applicable, shall include a report on the existing <br /> impacted farm irrigation drainage. Such plans shall <br /> include a map of existing farm drains that flow <br /> through or drain the Specific Plan area. Any such <br /> drains are to be identified on the maps as to type, <br /> location and function. The report will include an <br /> analysis of the impacts on the drainage system and a <br /> determination of the planned dispossession of the <br /> system. If any portion of the system is to be <br /> abandoned,the pipes and drains shall be removed <br /> BBID Service to unless reusable. If the drainage system is usable for <br /> Interim the control of the water table and/or storm runoff, it <br /> Agricultural may be integrated into the storm system and be subject <br /> 1226 12.3.4.I.c Operations to the same conditions required for storm runofl.
