To obtain the initial <br /> operating permit an application will be prepared and <br /> submitted to DHS,and a technical report will be <br /> prepared discussing the water system which includes <br /> the following: Detailed plans and specifications for <br /> REGULATOR the proposed system; <br /> Y Water quality information; <br /> REQUIREMEN Description of the proposed system. <br /> TS AND Addressed in prior approved Use Permits and CSD <br /> 1274 12.4.a PERMITS Y approvals of Treatment Plant and facilities. None. <br /> PHASING AND <br /> 1275 12.5 COSTS <br /> The water treatment plant is assumed to be phased in <br /> components equal to 25%of the total facility,with one <br /> component in place at the start of each phase of <br /> development. Therefore,the first component is <br /> assumed to be in place prior to the start of residential <br /> construction. Storage tanks are assumed to be phased <br /> Capital Facility in three increments after the first Specific Plan. <br /> Cost and Storage ponds,pumps,and other items will be <br /> 1276 12.5.La Phasing provided in smaller increments.
