Add to (A)(1)(b) the costs incurred by Trimark for tasks undertaken by <br /> County staff, specified in Scope of Work No. 9 for the period February <br /> 1 2001 through June 30 2001 This is the total cost of preparing and <br /> adopting the Mountain House Master Specific Plan and related <br /> Supporting Documents <br /> 2. Divide the total cost determined in Section (1)(A)(1)of the Specific Plan <br /> Technical Report by the total gross acreage, excluding existing public <br /> lands, within the area covered by the Mountain House Master Specific <br /> Plan as of the date of adoption of the Mountain House Master Specific <br /> Plan. The total gross acreage, excluding existing public lands, within the <br /> area covered by the Mountain House Master Specific Plan as of the date <br /> of adoption of the Mountain House Master Specific Plan is 4,687 acres. <br /> 3. The quotient resulting from the calculation in Section (1)(A)(2)of the <br /> Specific Plan Technical Report shall equal the Base peF asFe Mountain <br /> House Master Specific Plan Reimbursement Fee. <br /> 4 Multiply(1)(A)(3) by five percent(5%) to determine the amount required to <br /> administer the Mountain House Master Specific Plan Reimbursement <br /> Fee. <br /> 5 Add (1)(A)(3) to(1)(A)(4)to obtain the Total Mountain House Master <br /> Specific Plan Reimbursement Fee charged per acre. <br /> B. Mountain House Specific Plan I Reimbursement Fee <br /> 1. Determine the total cost of preparing and adopting the Mountain House <br /> Specific Plan I and related Supporting Documents. <br /> a. Determine the cost of preparing and adopting the Mountain House <br /> Specific Plan I and related Supporting Documents through July 1999. <br /> b. Adiust the amount in (A)(1)(a) based on the change in the <br /> Consumer Price Index ("CPI") San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose <br /> Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers—All Items, <br /> published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, U.S. Department of Labor <br /> (1967=100) from August 1999 through June 2001. Determine the <br /> adjusted amount by multiplying the amount in (A)(1)(a) by a fraction <br /> having a numerator equal to the June 2001 CPI and a denominator <br /> equal to the August 1999 CPI. This is the total cost of preparing and <br /> adopting the Mountain House Specific Plan I and related Supporting <br /> Documents. <br /> 2. Divide the total cost determined in Section (1)(B)(1) of the Specific Plan <br /> Technical Report by the total gross acreage, excluding existing public <br /> lands, within the area covered by Specific Plan I as of the date of <br /> adoption of Specific Plan I. The total gross acreage, excluding existing <br /> public lands, within the area covered by Specific Plan I as of the date of <br /> adoption of Specific Plan I is 1346 acres. <br /> 3. The quotient resulting from the calculation in Section(1)(B)(2)of the <br /> Specific Plan Technical Report shall equal the per aGFe Base Mountain <br /> House Specific Plan I Reimbursement Fee. <br /> 9 <br />
