Other Specific Plan Reimbursement Fee (i.e., for all other Specific Plans adopted <br /> to implement the Master Plan) <br /> 1. Determine the total cost of preparing and adopting the applicable Specific <br /> Plan, including the Supporting Documents. <br /> 2. Divide the total cost determined in Section (1)(C)(1) of the Specific Plan <br /> Technical Report by the total gross acreage within the area covered by <br /> the Specific Plan as of the date of adoption of the Specific Plan. <br /> 3. The Supporting Documents for the Master Specific Plan <br /> include the draft and final Environmental Impact Reports for Mountain House; the Mountain I <br /> House Development Title; the Preliminary Feasibility Study; the Public Financing Report; the <br /> Public Financing Plan; the Public Land Equity Program; the Public Land Equity Program Technical t <br /> Report; the Affordable Housing Program; the Affordable Housing Program Technical Report; the <br /> Public Services Allocation Agreement; the Mountain House Design Standards; the Mountain <br /> House Community Monitoring Program;the Parks and Open Space Plan; the Initial Transit <br /> Services Plan; the Transportation Demand Management Plan; the Parking Management Program; <br /> the Emergency Preparedness Plan, including the Earthquake Plan and the Pipeline Safety Plan; <br /> the Energy Conservation Plan;the Fire Protection Plan; the Mountain House Plan Implementation <br /> Strategy; the Water Conservation Plan; the Wastewater Reclamation Plan;the County Services <br /> Funding Agreement; Mountain House Creek and Old River Discharge Plan; aPA studies and <br /> analyses relative to public school services, roads and arterials, storm and flood, water supply, <br /> wastewater treatment, and wetlands;and the following activities undertaken by County staff from <br /> February 1 2001 through June 30 2001 as part of Scope of Work No. 9: general administration: <br /> development of application forms for Mountain House projects: preparation of a Mountain House <br /> 10 <br />
