Development Title requirements, as well as the requirements of a series of subsequent Plans and <br /> Programs adopted for the Mountain House community by both the San Joaquin County Board of <br /> Supervisors and the Mountain House Community Services District(CSD) Board of Directors. <br /> II. PROJECT CONSISTENCY <br /> Section 24 of this Application Binder includes a Excel File on diskette which documents the various <br /> applicable Master Plan, Specific Plan I and Special Purpose Plan policies and implementation measures, <br /> as they relate to the proposed Tract 2925, as well as statements of consistency for each applicable policy <br /> or measure. <br /> Section 10 of this Binder includes a series of Letters of Completion from San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department, which document the completion of all required Plan and Programs necessary <br /> to submit the subject Subdivision Application for Tract 2925. <br /> Concurrent with the processing of Tract 2925, Trimark Communities is applying for three policy <br /> document amendments to facilitate consistency between the proposed subdivision and County documents. <br /> The first amendment is to the Mountain House Master Plan, and involves the amendment to Figures 9.23 <br /> and 9.24, and Tables 9.2 and 9.3, which propose the modification to the number of expected lanes along <br /> segments of Mountain House Parkway from 6 to 4 and from 4 to 6, in order to be consistent with updated <br /> traffic demand modeling. <br /> The second amendment proposed is to Specific Plan I, and involves the amendment of Figure 9.4 "Central <br /> t reduces the build-out number of travel lanes along <br /> Mountain House Street System". The amendmen <br /> Mountain House Parkway to four, instead of six. This amendment is an administrative amendment to <br /> make the Specific Plan Figure consistent with prior Master Plan Amendments already approved by the <br /> County. The application for this amendment is included at the end of this section. <br /> The third amendment is an amendment to the prior adopted Special Purpose Plan for Neighborhood F. <br /> The amendments to this document include multiple minor amendments including the removal of the prior <br /> alley concept around the neighborhood center, removal of the attached housing requirement along the <br /> south side of the neighborhood entry road, the addt <br /> center parcel, and a series of other administrative amendments.ion of pedestrian These amendments areeinclbuded n <br /> orhood <br /> Section 17 of this Binder, along with the required application. <br /> III. PRIOR CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL,TRACT 2924 <br /> A series of Conditions of Approval were attached to Tract 2924, the Large Lot Subdivision for <br /> Neighborhood"F".
