MOUNTAIN HOUSE NEIGHBORHOOD' 'PROJECT INITIAL STUDY
A. LAND USE AND PLANNING
Many planning and regulatory documents apply to this first subdivision within the Mountain House New
Community. The main documents include the following:
• San Joaquin County General Plan 2010
• San Joaquin County Development Title
• Mountain House New Community Master Plan
• Mountain House New Community Specific Plan I
• Mountain House Neighborhood"F" Special Purpose Plan
All of the above plans can be viewed at the San Joaquin County Community Development Department.
The proposed densities and land uses for Neighborhood"F"would be consistent with the County's
General Plan and with the County's Development Title. The project would also be generally consistent
with the adopted Specific Plan 1 and with the adopted Special Purpose Plan for the Neighborhood
Commercial zone at the center of the project site. The amendments proposed for the General Plan,
Master Plan,Specific Plan 1, and the Special Purpose Plan (as described in Chapter II)would ensure
consistency of the proposed project with these plans.
Environmental Checklist
Potentialh•
Signifieant
Potentially Unless Less Than
Significant Mitigation Significant No
Impact Incorporated Impact Impact
LAND USE AND PLANNING.
