MOUNTAIN HOUSE NEIGHBORHOOD"F"PROJECT INITIAL.STUDY <br /> • Road Classification Plan <br /> • Domestic Water Master Plan <br /> • Development Standards, including alley standards <br /> • Stormwater Master Plan <br /> • Acquisition and Reimbursement Agreements <br /> • Road Landscaping Plan <br /> • Groundwater Collection Plan <br /> • Plans, specifications, and estimates for the wastewater treatment plant and water treatment plant <br /> As of the preparation of this Initial Study,the Board of Supervisors had adopted all of the above except: <br /> The Financing Plan, the Farm Irrigation Plan, the Stormwater Master Plan, the Acquisition and <br /> Reimbursement Agreements and the Groundwater Collection Plan. <br /> The applicant must convey easements for the disposal of treated wastewater on lands north of Byron Road <br /> to the CSD. As of the time of preparation of this Initial Study, such easements had not been formally <br /> conveyed. However, the"Will Serve"letter from the CSD(dated October 15, 1999)to Trimark <br /> Communities includes an attached list of required facilities and performance standards.
