Clean today and maintain clean. <br /> Observed dust build up on 2 dr Everest display fan covers and on walk-in fan,fan covers, and ceiling. Clean within 1 week <br /> and maintain clean. <br /> The faucet head at the 3 comp sink was loose. Repair/replace within 1 week. <br /> Observed debris on both exhaust hoods.
