NOISE LEVELS: The following noise regulations apply to this project: <br />(1) This project shall comply with the performance standards specified in Table 9-1025.9 of the <br />Development Title. <br />m. BUILDING DIVISION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site Plan: <br />(1) Exterior walls of an H-4 shop less than 10 feet from a property line shall be of 2 -hour, fire - <br />resistive construction. Openings will not be permitted less than 5 feet and protected less than <br />20 feet. <br />(2) The proposed office use will change the occupancy from an R-3 occupancy to a B occupancy <br />(U. B.C. Section 3405). The structure must be brought into compliance with all current code <br />provisions including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy, and disabled access <br />requirements. <br />(3) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title 24). <br />(4) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br />A. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The spaces shall be located as close as <br />possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br />B. Provide one van parking space. <br />2. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES (Seethe attached memo dated April 3, 2000, for conditions.) <br />4.
