Robertson and Ms.Betty P. Robertson Family 1983 Revocable Trust bought the <br /> property in 1995. The previous owner of the property was Robertson and Sons,bought in 1974. The <br /> property's only known use is for agricultural production,tomatoes and beans. A Butler Grain Storage Silo was built on the property in 1978 and removed in 2000. <br /> Clark Frigane is listed as the Civil Engineer in the project. Two acres near Linne Road have a fuel <br /> storage area and a hay barn. The fuel storage consists of two above ground, 12,000 gallon tanks for <br /> diesel. There is a containment wall around the tanks,built in 2002. All fields have,reportedly,had <br /> pesticides applied to them. Please see Section IV.E. for more details. There was no further <br /> applicable information provided in the questionnaire. <br /> VII. SITE VISIT/ASSESSMENT <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted prior to the compilation of this report. <br /> Photographs of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A. A site <br /> visit/assessment checklist is attached to this report as Appendix B. <br /> The subject property is located on the north side of Linne Road, east of Interstate 5. The Banta- <br /> Carbona Lift Canal bounds the property to the southeast (see Photograph 2). The majority of the <br /> subject property is cultivated farm land(see Photograph 3). A small portion of the subject property, <br /> near the southeast corner, is used as a fueling facility and for equipment, supplies and hay storage <br /> (see Photograph 4). There is a well located near the southern border of the subiect property(see <br /> Photograph 5). The well is supplied with power through two transformers that each have a 6Tue <br /> "PCB Free" sticker on them (see Photograph 6). The fueling facility consists of two aboveground <br /> storage tanks that are within a block wall secondary containment (see Photograph 7). The hay <br /> storage is kept within the shadow of an open-walled building(see Photograph 8). Light household <br /> trash was observed on the property(see Photograph 9). <br /> There is farm land in all directions of the subject property. In addition, there are residences to the <br /> east, southeast and south of the subject property. <br /> VIII. FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS <br /> The subject property is located at 1801 and 1999 West Linne Road, southeast of Tracy, California. <br /> 1801 West Linne Road is irregularly shaped and consists of 65.85 +/-acres. 1999 West Linne Road <br /> is irregularly shaped, encircling the other parcel, and is 225.71 +/- acres. The subject property is <br /> currently used for farming,fueling and storage. Properties in all directions are also used for farming. <br /> There are residences to the south east and southeast. <br />
