B. The wall shall continue seventy (70) feet south of the Union Pacific Railroad on the western <br /> property line of lots 5 and 6, and on the eastern property line of lot 18. The wall shall be <br /> tapered down to a height of six (6) feet at the seventy (70) foot point south of the Union <br /> Pacific Railroad. <br /> C. The wall shall be constructed along the northern property line of lot 67 and along the <br /> western property line of lot 67. <br /> e. CULTURAL RESOURCES: The following conditions shall apply to the project site: <br /> (1) If prehistoric archaeological materials such as shell, bone, and stone artifacts (such as <br /> arrowheads or obsidian) or if historical era cultural materials such as glass ceramics, rusted <br /> metal, and fragmented wood are found, work in the immediate vicinity of the finds shall <br /> immediately cease. A qualified archaeologist shall be retained to evaluate the finds and <br /> propose recommendations as appropriate. The discovery of prehistoric archaeological <br /> materials shall involve consultation wit the local Native American group. <br /> (2) If human remains or bones of any type are found, the stipulations set forth in Section 15064.5 of <br /> the CEQA Guidelines shall be followed. Work shall cease in the area of finds until qualified <br /> individuals (County Coroner by law, in practice a qualified archaeologist or forensic <br /> anthropologist working with the local Native Americ bone s human and determined <br /> thathe <br /> alt the <br /> bone is human and archaeological in natu <br /> re.
