We have had an <br />opportunity to review the report, prior to completing the Return to Compliance certification we would like to clarify the <br />issued violations. <br />Regarding Item #102, citing that the tank installation dates in CERS are incorrect, unfortunately, we do not have records <br />that indicate the day and month that the installations were approved/signed off by the CUPA. As such, we followed the <br />guidance provided in CERS for entering UST System Installation dates when the exact date is unknown. See below. If <br />your agency has records confirming the date of sign off we would be happy to update CERS to reflect these dates.
