• 2 . Department of Public Works : a. All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. b . All improvement plans and specifications must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works concurrent to approval of the Final Map. c . Interior streets shall be dedicated and improved in con- formance to the County standard for a 50-foot-wide right- of-way subdivision street (Urban) . d. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide adequate drainage for the subdivision, and it shall be operated and maintained by County Service Area No . 4 , Zone A. The acceptance or approval by the County of the drainage system does not relieve the developer ( or his engineer) of the responsibility of providing an adequate drainage system. e. A public water system shall be provided which conforms to the requirements of the Local Health District , the Lathrop County Water District , and the Department of Public Works. The system shall provide adequate water supply and fire hydrants for fire protection in conformance to the requirements of the County Fire Warden and the Manteca- Lathrop Rural County Fire Protection District , and it shall be served by the Lathrop County Water District . System enhancement may be required by the Lathrop County Water District . f . Street lighting shall be provided for the subdivision and along the frontage of "J" Street and shall be maintained by the Lathrop Lighting District . g. The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay service fees for the utility services from the time the improvements are accepted by the County to the end of the Fiscal Year , or up to a one-year period, as the case may be . h. All utilities shall be underground. Easements for utili- ties shall be provided as required by the public utility companies. i . Lot lines shall be adjusted to meet minimum widths at the setback. j . The developer shall agree to participate in an Area of Benefit or other financial mechanism for the Reclamation District 17 levee improvement . k. A 20-foot-wide access easement and an improved road shall be placed through Lots 10 and 11 at the south end of Charmaine Court . Conditions of Approval - 2 - ( SU-88-10)
