• 2 . Department of Public Works : <br /> a. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of <br /> San Joaquin. <br /> b . All improvement plans and specifications must be approved <br /> by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works <br /> concurrent to approval of the Final Map. <br /> c . Interior streets shall be dedicated and improved in con- <br /> formance to the County standard for a 50-foot-wide right- <br /> of-way subdivision street (Urban) . <br /> d. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the <br /> requirements of the County and to provide adequate <br /> drainage for the subdivision, and it shall be operated and <br /> maintained by County Service Area No . 4 , Zone A. The <br /> acceptance or approval by the County of the drainage <br /> system does not relieve the developer ( or his engineer) of <br /> the responsibility of providing an adequate drainage <br /> system. <br /> e. A public water system shall be provided which conforms to <br /> the requirements of the Local Health District , the Lathrop <br /> County Water District , and the Department of Public Works. <br /> The system shall provide adequate water supply and fire <br /> hydrants for fire protection in conformance to the <br /> requirements of the County Fire Warden and the Manteca- <br /> Lathrop Rural County Fire Protection District , and it <br /> shall be served by the Lathrop County Water District . <br /> System enhancement may be required by the Lathrop County <br /> Water District . <br /> f . Street lighting shall be provided for the subdivision and <br /> along the frontage of "J" Street and shall be maintained <br /> by the Lathrop Lighting District . <br /> g. The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay service fees <br /> for the utility services from the time the improvements <br /> are accepted by the County to the end of the Fiscal Year , <br /> or up to a one-year period, as the case may be . <br /> h. All utilities shall be underground. Easements for utili- <br /> ties shall be provided as required by the public utility <br /> companies. <br /> i . Lot lines shall be adjusted to meet minimum widths at the <br /> setback. <br /> j . The developer shall agree to participate in an Area of <br /> Benefit or other financial mechanism for the Reclamation <br /> District 17 levee improvement . <br /> k. A 20-foot-wide access easement and an improved road shall <br /> be placed through Lots 10 and 11 at the south end of <br /> Charmaine Court . <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - ( SU-88-10) <br />
