East boundary of the project <br /> will not be changed in elevation and will not adversly <br /> affect neighbors . <br /> b ) Property to the northeast is high and drains to North <br /> Littlejohn Creek . This project boundary will not be <br /> changed in elevation . <br /> c ) Property to northwest drains to northwest corner of <br /> project . Storm drain will be provided to drain this <br /> area :.to the existing 5 foot by 7 foot culvert under <br /> the freeway at station 183 +00 . <br /> d ) The 5 by . 7' freeway culvert will be cleaned for its <br /> entire length under the freeway . <br /> e ) Onsite drainage will be by underground pipe to storage <br /> ponds at the west end of the property . The ponds will <br /> drain by gravity and pump , if necessary , to existing <br /> 5 by 7 freeway culvert at station 183+00 , with shut <br /> off valves to prevent back flow from the ditch west <br /> of the freeway into the project , and to prevent drain- <br /> age from the project into that ditch while it is over- <br /> loaded by storm flow from other areas . <br /> f) All drainage facilities will be sized and designed per <br /> San Joaquin County slandards . <br /> 100 Year Storm : <br /> a) 100 year storm flows will flow through the project <br /> in the streets and parking lots . The eastern boundary <br /> of the project will not be raised or lowered . Present <br /> elevation is about 33 .0 . The 600 cfs flood will flow <br /> about 0 . 6 foot deep at 0 .4 feet per second velocity as <br /> it enters the project . <br />
