Corrected on site, no warewashing was being done during the inspection and <br /> manager stated that employee can get hot water from the kitchen 2 comp sink for washing when needed and if the waste <br /> pipe is not reconnected before the bar opens today then they will temporarily use a large metal tub and fill it with water and <br /> bleach to sanitize. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized. Provide food handler cards for bartenders within 30 days of hiring and maintain records on site. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food employees shall have adequate knowledge of and be trained in food safety as it relates to their <br /> assigned duties.
