The operator shall maintain records required under Section 66545 <br /> (manifests) and submit reports. requ( red under Sections 66550 /monthly <br /> reports) and 66560 (accident reports) , Title 22 of the California <br /> Administrative Code, <br /> g. The operator shall submit to the California State Department of Health <br /> Services by December l , 1979 an operation plan In accordance with <br /> Section 66376, Title 22 of the California Administrative Code, or <br /> cause this permit to lapse. <br /> 10' The Issuance of this permit does not relieve, the owner or operator <br /> of the responsibility of complying with any other appropriate regula- <br /> tions that govern the management of a hazardous waste facility. <br /> | | . <br /> SPECIFIC PROVISIONS <br /> } . The entire perimeter of the hazardous waste area of the facility shall <br /> be secured by a well-maintained, stock-proof fence capable of preventing <br /> the intrusion of livestock and of discouraging trespass by unauthorized <br /> parsons. A minimum of a four foot high, four stranded, barbed wire <br /> fence shall be required. <br /> 2. Acceptance of Incoming wastes shall be subject to manifest rcv|cw. <br /> Sampling and field testing capability shall be available and utilized <br /> as required for non-routine loads to ensure proper characterization ' <br /> of wastes, <br /> 3. Only the hazardous waste listed below shall be accepted at this <br /> facility without special written authorization from the California <br /> State Department gf Heo| th �Smrvlces: <br /> - /a\ -D /rium-strontium wist' In powder or sludge form; and <br /> /h\ No other. <br /> ' <br /> 4. No extrtmely hazardous waste shall be received at this facility. <br /> »� <br /> 5. The disposal and discharge of all waste shall conform with Order No. <br /> 77-183 and with any other requirements of the California Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region. <br /> 6. Adequate Superv| s |on and support staff --,hall be present at the <br /> facility at a\ \ .t|mes when hazardous wastes are accepted, handled or <br /> disposed of. - <br /> 7. Protective equ/p3ient Identified in the "Compliance Kcqu|rmnvantso of <br /> this permit shall be used as needed to protect all personnel involved <br /> in handling hazardous waste and specifically to protect personnel <br /> conducting the following operatluns : recovery, collection, and <br /> conta!nerlzatYnn of spilled hazardous waste or uncatogorized waste. <br />
