The operator shall not allow a condition to occur that can result <br /> in the movement of hazardous waste outside of the designated hazard- <br /> ous waste area. To ensure that hazardous waste does not blow out of <br /> the pits and contaminate the surrounding area , the deposited waste <br /> shall be covered daily, or shall be moistened with water from u <br /> sprinkler system during hot, dry weather only. Carr shall be taken <br /> to add only enough water to prevent dispersion of the hazardous <br /> waste and not enough to cause the formation of leachate. <br /> 12, Whenever the hazardous waste area of the fao| lYty Ix unattended , <br /> gates that allow entry into that area shall be kept locked to <br /> prevent Illegal disposal of unauthorized hazardous waste. <br /> ' <br /> COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS <br /> l .
