The proposed building is planned to be located in <br />the southwestern corner of the site, to the west of the existing domestic water well. The <br />proposed septic system will be located in the northwestern portion of the property, to the <br />northeast of the proposed building and west of the existing home and will be connected <br />to the proposed building. The planned locations of the proposed building and new septic <br />system are depicted in Figure 2. No additional development is proposed for the property. <br />1.3. PARCEL VICINITY LOCATION MAP <br />San Joaquin County Assessor's Map Book 203 Page 19 depicts the site parcel (APN 203- <br />050-290) in the western portion of the page. The parcel is bordered to the west by South <br />Jack Tone Road. Beyond South Jack Tone Road, the parcel is bordered to the west (201- <br />015-320), east (203-050-300), and north (203-050-360) by agricultural property, and to <br />the south (203-050-180) by residential property. The parcel vicinity map and a satellite <br />overview map are included in Appendix A. <br />1.4. SITE MAP <br />A plan of the specific site features (i.e., structures, drives, wells, septic systems, large <br />trees, pastures, etc.) is illustrated in Figure 2. <br />2.0. PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE <br />The property is currently being used for agricultural purposes and has been since 1997 <br />when the current residence was constructed. Prior to residential development, the <br />property was undeveloped and was likely used for agricultural purposes. The property is <br />situated just outside the eastern boundary of the city of Manteca in the southeastern <br />portion of San Joaquin County, California. <br />2.1 POTENTIAL SITE PROBLEM ASSESSMENT <br />Water supply for the property is currently provided by the existing onsite domestic water <br />well. The well is over 100 feet away from the existing septic system. The proposed septic <br />system will be installed over 100 feet away from the onsite domestic water well and all <br />surrounding water wells (Figure 2). The development of an industrial building and new <br />septic system will not affect water being supplied to the property. <br />3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br />The existing septic system includes a residential system located to the east of the existing <br />residential structure (Figure 2). The septic system is utilized 365 days a year by the <br />
