No records were <br /> identified pertaining to the Property. <br /> South San Joaquin County Fire We submitted a file review request to the South San Joaquin <br /> Authority County Fire Authority. No response was received by the time of <br /> the publication of this report. <br /> San Joaquin County Assessor's We reviewed the San Joaquin County Assessor's Office online <br /> Office platform to verify the parcel number and size of the Property. <br /> California State Water Resources We reviewed the SWRCB's GeoTracker website for files <br /> Control Board pertaining to the Property or nearby properties. A summary of <br /> relevant and available files is presented in Section 3.3.1.2. <br /> Department of Toxic Substances We reviewed DTSC's EnviroStor website for files pertaining to <br /> Control the Property or nearby properties. A summary of relevant and <br /> available files is presented in Section 3.3.1.2. <br /> 3.5 INDOOR AIR QUALITY <br /> An evaluation of indoor air quality, mold, or radon was not included as part of the contracted scope <br /> of services. The California Department of Public Health has conducted studies of radon risks <br /> throughout the state, sorted by zip code. Results of the studies indicate that four tests were <br /> conducted within the Property zip code, with none of the tests exceeding the current EPA action <br /> level of 4 picocuries per liter (pCi/L)'. <br /> In accordance with ASTM E2600-15 (Tier 1) (Standard Guide for Vapor Encroachment Screening <br /> on Property Involved in Real Estate Transactions); there are no potential petroleum hydrocarbon <br /> sources for vapor intrusion within 1/10 mile of the Property or volatile organic compound (VOC) <br /> sources within 1/3 mile of the Property. <br /> 4.0 SITE RECONNAISSANCE <br /> 4.1 METHODOLOGY <br /> ENGEO conducted a reconnaissance of the Property on February 22, 2021. The reconnaissance <br /> was performed by Stephen Fallon, a Project Engineer of ENGEO.
