Photographs taken during the site <br /> reconnaissance are presented in Figure 4. <br /> 4.2 EXTERIOR OBSERVATIONS <br /> The Property is currently an undeveloped lot covered in grasses. There are two large drainage <br /> canals that manage surface water by directing it toward the Mountain House Creek to the south. <br /> The surrounding areas to the north, west, and southwest are currently all residential <br /> neighborhoods. The area to the south is composed of a wetland, including ponds and Mountain <br /> House Creek. The Creek Trail North West hiking trail extends along the southern border. The <br /> areas to the northeast and east of the Property are undeveloped land. The area to the southeast <br /> of the wetland area consists of the Central Community Park and the Mountain House Branch <br /> Library. The following table summarizes our observations during the reconnaissance: <br /> TABLE 4.2-1: Exterior Site Observations <br /> FEATURE TYPE OBSERVATIONS <br /> Structures No structures were observed during the site reconnaissance. <br /> Hazardous Substances and No hazardous substances or petroleum products were <br /> Petroleum Products in Connection <br /> with Identified Uses observed within the Property during the site reconnaissance. <br /> Storage Tanks (underground and No above-ground storage tanks or evidence of existing <br /> above-ground) underground storage tanks was observed during the site <br /> reconnaissance. <br /> Odors No odors indicative of hazardous materials or petroleum <br /> material impacts were noted at the time of the reconnaissance. <br /> Pools of Potentially Hazardous Liquid No pools of potentially hazardous liquid were observed within <br /> the Property at the time of our reconnaissance. <br /> Drums No drums were observed on the Property at the time of the <br /> reconnaissance. <br /> Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) No potential PCB-containing equipment, including <br /> Containing Equipment transformers, were observed within the Property during our site <br /> reconnaissance. <br /> Hazardous Substances and No hazardous substance or petroleum product containers were <br /> Petroleum Product Containers observed on the Property at the time of our reconnaissance. <br /> Two large drainage canals extend through the Property in an <br /> Pits, Ponds, and Lagoons east-west direction. No other pits, ponds, or lagoons were <br /> observed within the Property at the time of our reconnaissance. <br /> Stained Soil/Pavement No stained soil or pavement was observed within the Property <br /> at the time of our reconnaissance. <br /> Stressed Vegetation No signs of stressed vegetation were observed on the Property <br /> at the time of our reconnaissance. <br /> Solid Waste/Debris No disposal of solid waste was observed at the subject <br /> property. <br /> Stockpiles/Fill Material No stockpiles or fill material was observed on the Property <br /> during the reconnaissance. <br /> Wastewater No wastewater conveyance systems were observed at the <br /> Property during the reconnaissance. <br /> No evidence of wells was observed within the Property during <br /> Wells our site reconnaissance.
