<br /> loose water faucets. Repair/replace faucets in 2 weeks.This is repeated violation.
<br /> Pipes, draining Deli Department walk in cooler and Bakery Department oven, are lacking air gaps. Provide air gaps 1 inch
<br /> minimum off the floor sinks in 1 week. Repeated violation.
<br /> Mop sink by the dairy walk in cooler at the back storage area, is clogged. Repair plumbing issue today. Meanwhile facility will
<br /> be using the mop sink at the back storage area maintenance cage till repair. Repeated violation.
<br /> Bakery department front hand sink, Deli department front hand sink and back left hand sink, sink at online grocery pick up
<br /> station, are draining slowly. Fix drainage in 1 week.
