Blackouts In the event of a blackout: Emergency location: Employees should not evacuate the building unless instructed to do so by Security or HDC Management. Accessibility issues: Plan for accommodating employees who have limited mobility to ensure they will be able to move about or relocate their workspace to an area where risk can be avoided. Protection of equipment: Turn off power supplies,surge protectors,power strips etcetera to protect electronic equipment when the electricity is turned back on. Emergency Backup: Ensure that any backup generator sources are tested and readily available to power critical equipment.In the case of battery-operated devices,batteries should be checked and fully charged. Contact lists: Ensure that your agency or department's phone trees are current and that a complete and continuously updated list of emergency contacts is distributed,as appropriate. SECURITY PLAN Perimeter Security, Security Infrastructure, and Personnel The entirety of the facility shall be secured by a 6'chain link primary perimeter fence topped with an additional 1' of barbed wire. Additionally,the facility shall be further secured by an 8' electrified secondary perimeter fence shall be installed 12" behind the primary perimeter fence for additional security protection.This"Electric Guard Dog" (AMAROK) electric fencing system shall include prominent warning signs to prevent accidental or inadvertent contact by members of the public.The system is solar- powered,remaining operable during any power outage.The system includes perimeter lighting activation, would be activated during nighttime hours,and includes a non-lethal charge which would be encountered only by individuals actively attempting to breach the facility perimeter.This system can be monitored remotely by business owners and/or 3 d party monitoring companies. Security Infrastructure:Burglar Alarms,Surveillance Cameras,Motion Activated Security Lighting,Panic Buttons The facility and its structures shall be equipped with motion activated surveillance cameras, motion activated security lighting, burglar alarm systems, exterior and interior security camera surveillance systems, as well as 24/7 UL certified alarm monitoring. Surveillance Cameras: The exterior of the facility will be covered by 360-degree camera surveillance twenty-four hours a day, with remote viewing accessible by the Security Manager, Operations Manager, security administrators, and HDC Executives. The camera resolution shall be 1280 x 1024- PIXEL HD picture quality capable of monitoring activity within 20 feet of all entrances and exits on premises, and the ability to capture a clear view of individual facial features as well as license plates as vehicles enter and exit the premises.
