Any prisoners not involved in the hostage <br /> taking will be transferred to the San <br /> Joaquin County Jail as soon as is <br /> practical . <br /> 3 . Any disturbances involving more than one <br /> prisoner will be immediately calmed . The <br /> disturbances may be controlled by separating <br /> those involved, the use of chemical agents, <br /> transferring the prisoners to the San Joaquin <br /> County Jail . <br /> C. In the event of any civil disturbance which <br /> threatens the security of the Manteca City Jail all <br /> prisoners will be transferred to the San Joaquin <br /> County Jail . <br /> d . In the event of a natural disaster, including but <br /> not limited to earthquake, flood, windstorm, which <br /> damages or threatens the integrity of the Manteca <br /> City Jail, all prisoners will be transferred to the <br /> San Joaquin County Jail . <br /> 25 . WEAPONS, AMMUNITION, CHEMICAL AGENTS <br /> 1 . No weapons shall be stored or kept in the booking <br /> room or the jail facility except in locked gun <br /> lockers or locked evidence lockers . <br /> 2 . No chemical agents are to be stored in the Manteca <br /> City Jail except the "MACE" canister carried on a <br /> officers person . <br /> 3 . No ammunition shall be stored in the Manteca City <br /> Jail except any ammunition carried on an officer 's <br /> person. <br /> 4 . No firearms will be worn while in the Manteca City <br /> Jail . Immediately upon the officer ' s entry all <br /> firearms will be locked in a gun locker . <br /> 26 . The following General Orders affect the operation of the <br /> Jail Facility. <br /> a . 087-05, 087-35, 087-45, 087-70, 087-80, 087-81, <br /> 087-95, 087-150, 087-165, 087-195, 087-235, 089-76 . <br /> b. This General Order supercedes General Order 087- <br /> 225 . <br /> C. This General Order supercedes all previous General <br /> Orders, Special Orders or memos in conflict with <br /> the provisions of this General Order . <br />
