GENERAL ORDER NO.O89-164 5 <br /> her. <br /> 3 . If, in the opinion of the Booking Officer, <br /> the inmate is a suicide risk, that inmate <br /> shall be transported to the San Joaquin <br /> County Jail as soon as is reasonably <br /> practical . <br /> 4 . Pending transportation, the inmate should <br /> be kept under frequent observation in cell <br /> number 111" . <br /> 5 . San Joaquin County Jail personnel will be <br /> notified upon the booking of any inmate who <br /> is a suicide risk. The name of the person <br /> notified shall be noted on the hard copy of <br /> the Manteca PD arrest/booking form. <br /> 0. First Aid Kit <br /> 1. A fully stocked first aid kit is kept in <br /> the cabinets located in the Booking Room. <br /> P. Food/Frequency of Serving <br /> 1 . Food shall be serviced three( 3) times in <br /> any 24 hour period. <br /> 2 . At least two(2) of the meals in a 24 hour <br /> period shall include hot food. <br /> 3 . If more than 14 hours passes between these <br /> meals, supplemental food must be served. <br /> Additionally, supplemental food must be <br /> served in less than the 14 hour period for <br /> inmates on medical diets requiring more <br /> than three( 3) meals . <br /> 4 . A minimum of 15 minutes shall be allowed <br /> for the actual consumption of each meal <br /> except those inmates on a medical diet <br /> where more time is required. <br /> 5 . Breakfast shall be served at, or as closed <br /> as is reasonably practical to, 0700 . <br /> Breakfast shall consist of: a hot breakfast <br /> sandwich with egg, meat and cheese, and <br /> orange juice. A frozen breakfast meal may <br /> be served in lieu of the breakfast sandwich <br /> if it provides the same nutritional value. <br /> 6 . Lunch shall be served at, or as close as is <br /> reasonably practical to, 1200 hours . Lunch <br /> shall consist of a humburger with lettuce <br /> and tomato, and a small order of french <br /> fries . A frozen meal may be served in lieu <br /> of the above if it provides the same <br /> nutritional value. <br />
