A frozen <br /> dinner may be served in lieu of the above <br /> if it provides the same nutritional value . <br /> Q. Bedding and Linen <br /> 1 . Each inmate who is expected to remain over <br /> night, between the hours of 2200 and 0600, <br /> shall be provided with: <br /> a. One( 1) serviceable mattress . <br /> b. One( 1) freshly laundered or dry cleaned <br /> blanket. A supply of clean blankets is <br /> kept in the Booking Room cabinets . <br /> Dirty blankets should be placed in the <br /> designated receptacle that is provided. <br /> R. Facilitv Sanitation, Safety, and Maintenance <br /> 1 . The Booking Room and Jail area shall be <br /> cleaned on a regular basis by the City <br /> janitors . <br /> 2 . The Watch Commander, at the beginning of <br /> his shift, will inspect the Jail and <br /> Booking Room area for an acceptable level <br /> of cleanliness, repair and safety. Building <br /> Maintenance will be notified of anything <br /> that requires immediate attention. <br /> S . Watch Commander Responsibility <br /> 1 . The Watch Commander will be responsible for <br /> the daily operation of the Manteca City <br /> Jail . The Watch Commander shall insure that <br /> all prisoners are treated humanely. <br /> T. Monthly Inspections <br /> 1 . The Special Services Division Commander, on <br /> a monthly basis, will inspect the Manteca <br /> City Jail for conformance with this General <br /> Order. <br /> U. Use of Force <br /> 1 . The use of force within the Manteca City <br /> Jail will be in conformance with the Rules <br /> and Regulations, General Orders and the <br /> Policy of the Manteca Police Department. <br /> 2 .
