Minor staining to <br />concrete was observed in the area. <br />Mr. Kuil indicated that the tanks will <br />soon be placed within secondary <br />containment. (Current on-site) <br />Agricultural chemicals are stored in <br />the chemical storage building. <br />Many chemicals were outside at <br />the time of the site visit, Mr. Kuil <br />indicated they were being actively <br />used that day. (Past on-site) <br />The San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department <br />provides regulatory oversight for fuel <br />tanks. <br />The San Joaquin County <br />Agricultural Commissioner's office <br />and Environmental Health <br />Department provide regulatory <br />oversight for agricultural chemical <br />application and storage. <br />The San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department <br />provides regulatory oversight for <br />hazardous materials related to <br />equipment maintenance. <br />The Central Valley Regional Water <br />Quality Control Board issued a "no <br />further action" letter for the diesel <br />spill in September 2019.
