Phelan Development Holly Master Plan - Buildings H & 1 <br /> 15188.000.006 Geotechnical Exploration <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> 1.1 PURPOSE AND SCOPE <br /> ENGEO prepared this geotechnical report for design of Holly Master Plan - Buildings H & I in <br /> Tracy, California. We prepared this report as outlined in our agreement dated October 4, 2021. <br /> Our services included the following: <br /> • Subsurface field exploration <br /> • Soil laboratory testing <br /> • Data analysis and conclusions <br /> • Report preparation <br /> For our use, we received a Master Plan dated August 3, 2021, and an exhibit of existing structures <br /> on the project site prepared by Siegfried Engineering dated June 6, 2018. <br /> This report was prepared for the exclusive use of Phelan Development and their consultants for <br /> design of this project. In the event that any changes are made in the character, design, or layout <br /> of the development, we should be contacted to review the conclusions and recommendations <br /> contained in this report to determine whether modifications are necessary. This document may <br /> not be reproduced in whole or in part by any means whatsoever, nor may it be quoted or excerpted <br /> without our express written consent. <br /> 1.2 PROJECT LOCATION <br /> Figure 1 displays a Site Vicinity Map. The site is located on the north side of Arbor Avenue in <br /> Tracy, California. Figure 2 shows site boundaries, proposed building and pavement areas, and <br /> our exploratory locations. The site is bordered by Arbor Avenue to the south. An open channel <br /> extending south from Sugar Cut borders the site to the east. A recently constructed gated trailer <br /> parking lot borders the site to the north.
