Phelan Development Holly Master Plan - Buildings H & 1 15188.000.006 Geotechnical Exploration 1.0 INTRODUCTION 1.1 PURPOSE AND SCOPE ENGEO prepared this geotechnical report for design of Holly Master Plan - Buildings H & I in Tracy, California. We prepared this report as outlined in our agreement dated October 4, 2021. Our services included the following: • Subsurface field exploration • Soil laboratory testing • Data analysis and conclusions • Report preparation For our use, we received a Master Plan dated August 3, 2021, and an exhibit of existing structures on the project site prepared by Siegfried Engineering dated June 6, 2018. This report was prepared for the exclusive use of Phelan Development and their consultants for design of this project. In the event that any changes are made in the character, design, or layout of the development, we should be contacted to review the conclusions and recommendations contained in this report to determine whether modifications are necessary. This document may not be reproduced in whole or in part by any means whatsoever, nor may it be quoted or excerpted without our express written consent. 1.2 PROJECT LOCATION Figure 1 displays a Site Vicinity Map. The site is located on the north side of Arbor Avenue in Tracy, California. Figure 2 shows site boundaries, proposed building and pavement areas, and our exploratory locations. The site is bordered by Arbor Avenue to the south. An open channel extending south from Sugar Cut borders the site to the east. A recently constructed gated trailer parking lot borders the site to the north. Undeveloped land currently used for temporary truck parking borders the site to the west.
