We request that you consider these facts and the information submitted with our operations plan before requiring the use of sidewall liners in the disposal trenches. We will await your decision on this issue, prior to completion of Group 1 Trench {4 . 5. As discussed above, recently completed evaporation Pond #5 currently contains drilling mud waste. We feel that the correction developed with your staff will resolve the problem with the Pond #5 'liner. We will make every effort to complete the correction required in the time interval requested , ho°.ae:ver, it will be necessary to resume use of Pond #5 until cleaning activity can be completed.
