Since receipt of that communication, <br /> we have attempted to locate and retain the appropriate <br /> equipment and contractors to provide services to complete <br /> the work on Group I Trench #4 and the monitoring wells <br /> required by your Board. <br /> As a result of extremely wet weather during the past . <br /> several months, we .have been unable to comply with installation <br /> of wells #11 and #12. As a result of this delay and pro- <br /> viding weather conditions permit, we anticipate constructing <br /> Monitoring Wells #10 through #14 during the course of the <br /> schedule provided in this response. <br /> The schedule presented here assumes that weather <br /> conditions will improve such that excavation equipment <br /> drilling rigs, etc. can be mobilized to perform the work <br /> necessary to reactivate disposal operations on the subject <br /> site. This schedule is submitted in response to your <br /> order dated 12 April, 1983. <br />
