1990 by the Department. <br />2.4. The Respondent violated Title 22, California Code of <br />Regulations (CCR), section 66264.310 (b) (3) in that on or about <br />October 21, 1991 Respondent did not: maintain the Groundwater <br />Monitoring System at the facility as described in Attachment 3 of <br />the RCRA Post Closure Permit dated June 3, 1991 and Attachment 3 <br />of the Hazardous Waste Facility Post Closure Permit issued <br />January 2, 1990 by the Department. <br />2.5. The Respondent violated Title 22, California Code of <br />Regulations (CCR), section 66262.34 (f) in that on or about <br />September 3, 1992 Respondent did not: comply with labelling and <br />marking requirements by storing waste oil in a 500 gallon storage <br />tank, and two 55 -gallon and one 30 -gallon steel drums, without <br />marking the date of accumulation, the words "Hazardous Waste," <br />the physical state of the waste, a statement identifying the <br />hazardous properties of the waste and the Respondents name and <br />address. <br />2.6. The Respondent violated Title 22, California Code of <br />Regulations (CCR), section 66264.144 (b) (1) and (2) in that from <br />October 1986 until March 14, 1990 Respondent did not: adjust <br />the post closure cost estimate for inflation within sixty (60) <br />days prior to the anniversary date of the trust. <br />2.7. The Respondent violated Title 22, California Code of <br />Regulation (CCR), section 66264.142 (b) (1) and (2) in that from <br />October 3, 1986 until March 14, 1990 Respondent did not: adjust <br />the closure cost estimate for inflation. <br />3. <br />
