In the 1952 photo, the small object on the north side of the Site is no longer <br />evident. Most of the trees have been removed from the vicinity of the structures. <br />The Site appears to be irrigated pasture, with the exception of the area <br />surrounding the structures. <br />In the 1963 photo, a new structure can be seen to the east of the other structures <br />on the Site. The area surrounding the structures now appears to be irrigated <br />pasture as well. The adjacent property to the south has been planted with <br />orchard. The circular tanks have been removed from the nearby property by the <br />railroad tracks. <br />In the 1975 photo, residential development can be seen adjacent to the south of <br />the Site. No other significant changes are apparent. <br />In the 1993 photo, the three westernmost structures have been removed from the <br />Site. The two remaining structures appear to be residences. <br />In the 2004 photo, animal pens can be seen to the south of the western <br />residence on the Site. No other significant changes are apparent. <br />In the 2006 photo, an un -irrigated square area has been carved from the pasture <br />at the southwest corner of the Site. A driveway and several objects can be seen <br />in the square area. <br />In the 2015 photo, the entire Site, with the exception of the residences, has been <br />planted with orchard. An adjacent parcel to the west has also been planted with <br />orchard. <br />In the 2021 photo, the orchard on the Site has matured. Surrounding parcels to <br />the north, east, and west have all been planted with orchard as well. <br />These photos are included as Appendix 3 of this report. <br />4.0 SITE INSPECTION <br />Live Oak inspected the Site on March 22, 2022. Photographs of the Site are <br />attached to this report as Appendix 2. Live Oak viewed the boundaries of the <br />property and the structure area. The Site consists of almond orchard with two <br />houses near its center. An irrigation canal crosses the southern half of the Site. <br />The domestic well was observed inside a pump house to the south of the eastern <br />house on the Site. Mr. Kaler pointed out the locations of the septic systems to <br />the east of the eastern house and to the south of the western house. A pole - <br />mounted transformer was observed to the south of each house. Neither <br />transformer was labeled with a blue sticker to indicate that it is free of <br />LOGE 2214 3 <br />
