Data generated in the field will be documented on hard copy and <br /> provided to the Geosyntec database manager, who is responsible for data entry into the <br /> database. Peer review will be performed on manually entered data to check for <br /> completeness and accuracy. Field documentation will be maintained in the project file <br /> and will be available upon request. <br /> 3.4 Data Renortin2 <br /> After completion of work, the data will be presented to the Port of Stockton and the <br /> RWQCB in a data gap investigation report, which will include the following: <br /> • A description of field events; <br /> • Any deviations from sampling, analysis, and validation described in this Work <br /> Plan; <br /> • Field logs, including boring logs and COC forms; <br /> • Chemical testing results; <br /> • Data quality assessment; <br /> • Laboratory reports; and <br /> • Data validation reports. <br /> Results will be incorporated into the request for site closure under the LTCP for the seven <br /> UST sites that qualify for closure under the LTCP criteria. Results will also be submitted <br /> electronically to the State Water Resources Control Board's GeoTracker database. <br /> 4.
