The <br /> two containers were placed into a 55 gallon drum containing oily dirt with an accumulation start date of 11/30/2020. <br /> -One black 3 gallon drain pan containing used oil was missing an accumulation start date. <br /> -One open drain pan containing used oil and an oil filter did not have an accumulation start date. <br /> -One 1 gallon blue container holding oily dirt did not have an accumulation start date. <br /> -One blue 5 gallon bucket under a tractor containing used oil did not have an accumulation start date. <br /> -One blue 5 gallon and one 10 gallon container holding used oil under equipment did not have accumulation start <br /> dates. <br /> -One blue 55 gallon drum labeled 'oily dirt"had a 5/2/2021 accumulation start date. <br /> -One rusted 55 gallon drum containing oily dirt did not have an accumulation start date. <br /> -One 275 gallon tote containing used oil did not have an accumulation start date. <br /> -One blue 55 gallon steel drum containing oily dirt did not have an accumulation start date. <br /> -One red 5 gallon container holding waste gasoline did not have an accumulation start date. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations.
