Store all food <br />items at least 6 in. above the floor. The ships were placed on shelves during the inspection. Clean within 1 week and maintain clean. <br />Observed ice build on floor, walls, ceiling, and compressor pipes in frozen foods, entrees, and cake/frozen vegetables <br />walk-in freezers. Clean within 1 week and repair as necessary. <br />Observed leaking from the sanitizer dispenser at the produce 3 comp sink and front chicken prep/meat 3 comp sink faucet <br />head.
