HSC #118305 — Improper use of pharmaceutical container as a sharps container at the County Morgue. <br />Violation corrected. (see attached picture) <br />2. HSC #118280(b) — Improper disposal of bio -hazardous waste in sharps containers and improper labeling. <br />Violations corrected. (see attached pictures) <br />3. HSC #118285 — Lid missing from sharps container in the Lab. Violation corrected. (see attached picture) <br />4. HSC #118275(d) — Improper labeling of containers with chemotherapy waste. Violation corrected. (see <br />attached picture) <br />5. HSC #118275(f) — Improper labeling of containers with pathology waste. Violation corrected (see attached <br />picture) <br />6.
