In the 1993 photo, no significant changes are apparent.
In the 2002 photo, a swimming pool and small structure (pool house) can be
seen on the north side of the Site.
In the 2007 photo, it appears that the central structure on the Site has been
expanded.
In the 2016 photo, the small structure on the north side of the Site is no longer
apparent.
In the 2022 photo, the expanded area has been removed from the central
structure on the Site, and the pool has been filled in. No other significant
changes are apparent.
These photos are included as Appendix 3 of this report.
4.0 SITE INSPECTION
Live Oak inspected the site on January 9, 2023. Photographs of the Site are
attached to this report as Appendix 2. The exteriors of the houses on the Site
were inspected, as was the main yard accessible through a side gate. The
smaller fenced back yards of the two residences were not accessed but were
visible over the fence.
The Site is a residential lot with two houses and a shade structure; the houses
were labeled with the addresses of 956 South Oro and 955 South Adelbert. The
house on Adelbert appears to be of a front section and rear section, connected
by an addition. A small trailer is parked in the yard to the north of the house on
Oro, and a storage unit is located west of the house on Adelbert.
In the main yard, the foundation of a former structure near the center of the Site
was visible. Two small plastic pipes such as might be used to protect electrical
wiring protruded from the ground in this area. Further east, a grassy area
marked the former location of the swimming pool. Two larger plastic pipes were
buried in the ground in this area; these may have been the filters or pump piping
for the pool.
Construction materials were stored under the shade structure, including wood,
doors, and shingles. Several paint cans, an apparently empty plastic drum or
spray tank, and a small, apparently empty plastic gas can were observed in this
area. Mr. Morenos indicated that these containers are empty and will be properly
disposed (personal communication, January 10, 2023).
LOGE 2251 3
