<br /> OBSERVATIONS:There was no sanitizer in the solution at the 3 comp sink and in the sanitizer bucket, the sanitizer
<br /> dispenser was not dispensing any sanitizer dispenser even after the bottle was replaced. Provide 200 ppm quat minimum in
<br /> when warewashing and in sanitizer bucket. Corrected on site,the sanitizing solution was manually mixed for the 3 comp sink
<br /> and bucket. Employees will continue to manually mix sanitize solution until dispenser is serviced and provides at least 200
<br /> ppm quat.
