• The applicant has submitted a will -serve letter for water from the San Joaquin <br /> County Public Works Department . <br /> WASTEWATER <br /> Wastewater Treatment and Disposal , Goal IS - 6 . 4 ( Page 3 . 2 - 38 ) <br /> The County shall require the minimum standards for wastewater system improvements <br /> provided in Table IS - 2 for the approval of tentative maps and zone reclassifications . <br /> Table IS - 2 Wastewater Treatment ( Page 3 . 2 - 39 ) <br /> New projects in urban communities shall be served by a public sewer system. Onsite <br /> wastewater treatment system may be permitted in Rural Residential areas , Commercial areas <br /> adjacent to Rural Residential areas , and in Warehouse Industrial zones , if General Plan <br /> policies and Development Title regulations are met . <br /> • The applicant has submitted a letter from the Woodbridge Sanitary District ( WSD ) <br /> stating that WSD has the sewer and treatment capacities to accept the applicant ' s <br /> proposed development and can issue a " Will Serve Permit" upon submittal of <br /> construction design plans . <br /> STORMWATER <br /> Stormwater Drainage , Goal IS - 7 . 2 ( Page 3 . 2 -41 ) <br /> The County shall require the minimum standards for stormwater drainage system <br /> improvements provided in Table IS - 3 for the approval of tentative maps and zone <br /> reclassifications . <br /> Table IS - 3 Stormwater Drainage Supply ( Page 3 . 2 - 41 ) <br /> New development in urban communities shall have access to a public drainage system , with <br /> terminal drainage . <br /> • The applicant has submitted a will -serve letter for storm drainage from the San <br /> Joaquin County Public Works Department , <br /> Zone Reclassification <br /> Development Title Section 9 - 808 . 050 states that prior to approving a Zone Reclassification , the <br /> Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors shall determine that all of the following are true . <br /> • The proposed amendment is consistent with the General Plan and any applicable Master <br /> Plan . <br /> The proposed R - M zone is an implementing zone of the R/ M General Plan land use <br /> designation . Therefore , if the proposal to amend the land use designation to R/ M is <br /> approved , the proposed zone change to R - M would be consistent with the General <br /> Plan . There are no Master Plans or Specific Plans affecting the subject parcel . <br /> 4 <br />
