Repair <br />piping and plumbing to ensure proper drainage. Correct within three days. <br />--------------------------------------------------- <br />The wastewater line under the 3-comp sink at the meat department is lacking an air gap at the floor sink. Provide a gap <br />distance of one inch minimum between the waste pipe and the floor sink. Correct within one week. <br />--------------------------------------------------- <br />The floor sink under for the 3 - compartment sink at the meat department was missing a filter. Provide and maintain the floor <br />sink filter to prevent large debris from entering and clogging the drain. Correct within 7 days. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The potable water supply shall be protected with a backflow or back siphonage protection device, as required <br />by applicable plumbing codes. (114192) All plumbing and plumbing fixtures shall be installed in compliance with local plumbing <br />ordinances, shall be maintained so as to prevent any contamination, and shall be kept clean, fully operative, and in good repair. Any hose <br />used for conveying potable water shall be of approved materials, labeled, properly stored, and used for no other purpose. Remove damaged product and clean floor <br />spillage today. <br />------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />Observed debris on the floor at the walk-in cooler entrances at the meat department, produce department, and on floor <br />corners under shelves. Clean and maintain as needed. Correct today. <br />-------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />The floor in the meat department was observed with blood spillage. The floor in the meat walk-in was observed with some <br />meat fragments. The floor in the produce walk-in cooler was observed with debris. Remove debris and clean floors daily and <br />as needed during the day. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
