This <br /> refuse consists of relatively dry commercial and industrial solids <br /> collected chiefly from commercial customers within San Joaquin County. <br /> Prior to disposal, salvable materials, chiefly paper products and metals, <br /> are removed at the site recovery center and unrecoverable waste are then <br /> taken to the disposal area located at the southeast site corner for final <br /> disposal.
