Staff of the <br /> California Integrated Waste Management Board(CIWMB) evaluated the documents provided by <br /> Allied Waste Industries, Inc., in support of closure and postclosure maintenance of the Forward <br /> Landfill. Based on the evaluation,the performance bonds for closure and postclosure <br /> maintenance meet the requirements of Title 27, California Code of Regulations, Division 2, <br /> Subdivision 1, Chapter 6,Article 2, section 22244.
