A licensed transporter using tanker trucks will transport the Leachate. Deliveries <br />will cease when WMU F once again has sufficient capacity. A log is kept on site <br />recording the volume of Leachate disposal at The City of Stockton Waste Water <br />Treatment Facility. <br />4. D99 <br />Completion of D99, a new disposal unit is expected by mid summer of 1999. WMU <br />D99 is a Class II disposal unit built to subtitle D standards. Temporary sumps have <br />been installed along the West End of WMU D99 LCS and are pumped directly to <br />WMU F evaporation pond. <br />5. WMU B <br />WMU B has been reactivated and is presently receiving Class III waste and being <br />filled to final grade. All exterior slopes will have a minimum of one (1) to two (2) <br />feet of clean soil applied to them and be hydroseeded to prevent erosion. All non - <br />contact water will be directed to the storm water pond by ditches and pipes. All <br />contact water will be directed by ditches and pipes to the WMU D99 LCS system. <br />Daily operation will include removal of a small area of the intermediate cap on "B" <br />(enough for the days activity) and that water will be absorbed by the waste below. <br />6. Disposal Treatment Areas <br />The following is a list of areas that may receive waste during the winter of <br />1999-2000. <br />Class II - D99, D98, D97, D95, D94 and D93. <br />Class III - WMU B, D89, D88N. <br />Stockpile areas — "G". <br />Winter2000.doc <br />
