Replace missing flooring tiles by 1 <br /> month. <br /> Many flooring tiles lack grout. Provide grout where needed by 1 month. <br /> Repeat violation. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces.
