Clear blockage immediately and provide properly draining waste pipe for <br />soda machine, maintain 1 in. minimum air gap. Correct today. <br />During inspection moping procedures and disposal of dirty mop water were not clearly explained. Dirty mop water must be <br />disposed of in an approved receptacle such as a mop sink or toilet. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All liquid waste must drain to an approved fully functioning sewage disposal system. (114197) <br />#23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed few live cockroaches on floor and cleaning chemical containers under 3 comp sink. Clean and <br />sanitize area today and increase pest control measures. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin: rodents (rats, mice), cockroaches, flies.( 114259.1, 114259.4, <br />114259.5) <br />#27 Food Protected from Contamination <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed raw meat in containers stored above non raw meat in 2 D Blue Air and box of uncooked bacon <br />stored above other non raw food items in 2 D Hobart. Store raw meat food items completely separate from or under non raw <br />food items to prevent contamination. Correct immediately, raw meat in 2 D Blue Air was placed on the bottom. <br />Observed cooked bacon placed on empty egg cartons in 2 D Hobart. Discontinue this practice and discard the egg cartons <br />to prevent potential contamination, store open food items in clean utensils/equipment. Correct today. <br />Observed scoop stored with handle down in flour inside container. Store scoop with handle up, outside the food items to <br />prevent contamination.
