V SERIS <br />Contingency Plan <br />Section 3 — Effective Date Supersedes Page <br />Branch Sa 9/20/2021 New 3-3 <br /> <br />2. Selected branch personnel are to be trained in: <br />First Aid procedures <br />Use of respiratory equipment (where applicable) <br />Use of self-contained breathing apparatus (where <br />applicable) <br />All branch personnel are trained in the use of fire extinguishers. <br />Facility will conduct two evacuation drills per year. <br />Key personnel will be assigned to and trained to perform the duties <br />needed on the: <br />Fire/spill Response Team(s) <br />First Aid Team(s) <br />Assembly Point Teams(s) <br />NOTE: <br />All training is to be documented using attendance sheets, with copies <br />forwarded to Austin HQ for data entry into the Training Tracking <br />System. <br />Equipment <br />Insure that all equipment identified in the plan is on hand, is in operating <br />condition, and is specifically identified and set aside for use upon <br />implementation of this plan, as applicable. Insure that an inventory of this <br />equipment is taken and that this inventory is documented. <br />Authority <br />The Emergency Coordinator or Alternate has the authority to commit <br />all available resources required to implement this plan. <br />Implementation of the plan <br /> <br />1. Arrangements with local authorities concerning emergency <br />assistance are to be made and documented.
