<br /> department if seafood will be cleaned and or thawing at sink. Correct within 2 weeks.

<br /> available to the food handler. A thermometer+/-2#F shall be provided for each hot and cold holding unit of potentially hazardous foods

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:There was no sanitizer in the sanitizer bucket at the Coco Dak. Provide 100 ppm chlorine minimum in
<br /> sanitizer bucket. Corrected on site, it was 200 ppm chlorine.
